Guest Check-in is located in the Gondola Base Area. Check-in desk hours are the same as the gondola operating hours. Guests are requested to be at the Base Area check-in at least 30 minutes before the last gondola cabin departs. Once checked-in, guests ride the gondola to the Village and the Inn is just a short walk away. The Front Desk for the Sunshine Inn is staffed 24 hours.

Saturday to Thursday - 8:00am - 5:30 pm
Friday - 8:00 - 10:30pm
The Gondola ride from the Base Area to the Village is approximately 15 minutes.
If planning to ski on the day of arrival, guests may check-in earlier, but please note that Inn rooms are not guaranteed until 4:00 pm. Changing rooms are available at the Check-in for guests to change into ski gear.
Arriving Outside Check-in Hours
For guest arrivals outside these hours, getting to the Inn is still simple. For the quickest service, request a shuttle to meet you at the Base Area (some restrictions apply). Arrangements must be made by calling the
Sunshine Inn Front Desk at 403-762-6500 (48 hours notice is required). Road conditions may restrict this service.
