The 2024/25 ski and snowboard season will be one for the books! New to Sunshine Village, Super Angel Luxury Express heated chairlift will fly skiers and riders up Lookout Mountain in style!

The new six-passenger, Super Angel Luxury Express has replaced the beloved Angel Quad Express chairlift. The original, two-seater Angel chairlift was built in the 1960’s, and in 1988, Banff Sunshine introduced its first high-speed quad to the Canadian Rockies, changing the way Banff National Park would be skied forever.

After an iconic 35 years of flying, Angel Express departed one last time on May 12^th, 2024. Construction on Super Angel LX took place over the 2024 summer season and hikers of the Sunshine Meadows enjoyed live-action updates!
