Our guest service centre is conveniently located on the second floor of the Creekside Lodge (above the Creekside Grill), at the base of the Sunshine gondola. Our guest service center is here to help you, we're open daily from 8am to 5pm. You can reach guest services by phone at 403-762-6525.
Our Calgary Snow Central is located in downtown Calgary across from the Midtown Co-op, at 1037 11th Ave SW (yes, we have parking!). Our Snow Central team can help with all guest services and bookings. Call our Snow Central office at 403-705-4000.
Do you need to pick up your pass or set up your direct-to-lift? Did you forget your season pass at home? Visit our guest services team either on mountain or in Calgary and we can help get you sorted.
Is your little one too small to ski? Our friendly daycare team will look after your Tiny Tiger while you enjoy the slopes. Our daycare accepts children 19 months to 6 years old.
If you lost something while skiing or snowboarding, visit the lost and found, located in the guest service centre. All lost items will be brought to guest services at the base of the mountain. If we don't have your lost item, we'll help you file a lost item report.
At Banff Sunshine Village, your safety (and fun) is our priority. We have a security team on mountain looking out for you. If you need help finding something, meeting up with separated friends or family, or need to report an event please let any staff member know and they will direct you to our mountain security staff.
For guests staying at Sunshine Mountain Lodge, our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. If there is anything we can help you with, let us know.
