A Group specialist will be assigned to each group and will guide you through the process and work with you every step of the way. Together we will create an event catered to your needs and the needs of the group. Whether you are looking for a teambuilding event or simply a social day on the mountain we will take the hassle out of the planning.

A group is defined based on the following points: 

  • - Fifteen or more guests. 

  • - Hotel groups – 8 rooms based on double occupancy or fifteen guests staying in the hotel. 

  • - A minimum of fifteen guests worth of food/drink orders are needed for Food & Beverage functions.
