IMPORTANT: Please allow 48 hours for your pass to be processed. Once processed, you'll receive a letter from us letting you know that you are required a electronic file of your business logo and are required to sign a liability waiver. If you do require a new electronic file of your business logo or updated liability waiver, you'll need to come into our office Guest Services desk at Sunshine Village. Price subject to change without notice No refunds are available for Corporate Season Passes. NEW this season, up to 4 use per day. Usages of corporate pass is not for Resale.

**Ski Season refers to the actual ski season you bought your pass for and corresponds to the year on the cover image.

Banff Sunshine Corporate Season Passes are available for pick up at the Mountain at the Gondola Base area in the Bourgeau Lodge , 3rd floor General Office –VIP desk- 1 Sunshine Access Rd, Banff (403-762-6501)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Get familiar with all the information you need to know regarding your season pass:

-prices do not include GST

-prices are subject to change

-liability waiver must be read, understood and signed by the pass holder prior to pass being issued (pass holders under the age of 18 require signature by parent or guardian). This can be done in advance online HERE

-refer to ‘Description’ for further information regarding eligibility and requirements for your season pass

-The refund option is not available for Corporate Season passes, Reserved Parking passes, Super Senior passes, Tiny Tiger passes, Sun Passes, or Spring passes

Friendly process for customers buying this product.

• Like the procedures in previous years, the corporate pass “owners” will be required to email the VIP desk in advance (12midnight) the night before to pass is being used) with the “authorized users names(s)”.
• Guest(s) will collect the tickets at VIP desk in Bourgeau Lodge at the Gondola base area and present photo ID and sign a Release of liability (ROL)
• NEW this season, lift tickets are issued this season instead of actual corporate passes, lift tickets will not need to be returned at the end of the day.

Restricted usages.

1. The Corporate pass cannot be used with other discounted products or replacing discount tickets such as day or overnight group tickets.
2. Transaction /issuing usages only available at the VIP desk during regular hours of operation.
3. The usage of this product cannot be sold to a third party.IE: A rental shop selling usages of these corporate pass.
4. To be used only for family, friends, colleague and promotion with clients.
5. SSV reserve the right to cancel the usage of this product at its own discretion and refund the buyer on a pro-rated base.
