Creating Super Angel LX!

In honor of the launch of Banff Sunshine's new Super Angel Luxury Express chairlift, we invited our Sunshine community to be a part of Super Angel’s history! 

 

We asked Sunshiners to participate in creating Super Angel’s LX story with a little friendly competition. Creatives submitted their Super Angel inspired artwork for a chance to win a 2024/25 Banff Sunshine Season Pass!

The launch of Super Angel Luxury Express went down in history as a new era of riding the Rockies took off! On November 16, 2024, Super Angel LX spread its wings for the first time up Lookout Mountain where skiers and riders took flight on the first Leitner-Poma EVO technology, high speed, six-passenger, heated bubble lift to be built in North America. 

 

The Addition of the new Super Angel LX is the second heated chairlift at Banff Sunshine Village amongst its fleet of 9 chairlifts. Ride the Rockies in luxury for 7-months on Canada’s longest non-glacial ski and snowboard season.
